Boarding and Training Options
After several years of being closed down to the public, we are proud to have re-opened the boarding facilities of Wren Ranch in Rochester Washington. Now the proud home of Platinum Marwan M.
WREN RANCH
Family owned since 1992, Veteran founded.

Wren Ranch is located approximately midway between Seattle and Portland on I-5 just 15 miles south of Olympia, Washington, in Grand Mound.
This well designed exclusive and very private locked gaited stables is fenced and cross fenced with individual paddocks.

Facility currently includes:
​
Full care or partial care (ability to work off some of the board costs)
12x10 Matted Stalls in main barn (limited to 6)
9.5 x 9.5 pony stalls in second barn (limited to only 2, currently full)
Individual Turn out paddocks DAILY weather permitting
Lighted farrier cross ties in second barn in out of the way location.
Insulated tack room in second barn
Covered lighted 60x120 Arena
Attached main barn, no need to ever go out in the rain!
Electric plugs above each stall to allow for timed heat lamps for show horses
Outdoor round pen
Outdoor riding pasture
Individual lockable tack lockers in main barn
Tie rings in every stall
Fully enclosed main barn for warmth in the winter
Easy access to Capital forest trail riding
Close to I-5

Full care board here at only $495 a month,
4H discount $430 a month,
additional $250 for training and conditioning program.

We provide hay and grains (special blend as a main feed and oat and barley if desired) owner provides extra supplements if needed) morning and night and will feed a flake of hay for lunch in dry paddocks if needed.
​
NO NICKLE AND DIMING:
Our prices include trailer parking, feeding extra supplements, turning in and out, blanketing, holding for farrier or vet when needed, all without extra fees that other stables charge extra for. Will even pick up and haul in for new boarders for free! (Other hauling available at current professional rate of .75 per mile)

THERE IS NO MORTGAGE ON THIS PROPERTY! 100% of the money taken for board goes to taxes, electric costs, feed and shavings, and then straight to IMPROVEMENTS. So improvements are seen MONTHY!
Haul in: $10 day/$15 night (use of arena lights) per horse. Must make an appointment for haul ins and will try to only allow one appointment at a time due to having a private arena size.
